hiddenpatternco started in Hamburg in 2018, when our founder — then a data analyst moonlighting as a freelance designer — noticed the same thing kept happening: the brands doing best online weren't guessing, they'd found one clear signal and built everything around it.
We work the same way now. Every project starts with research, not mood boards — interviews, analytics, competitor gaps — until a pattern emerges that the whole team can point to. Design, copy and campaigns get built on top of that, not invented separately and stitched together later.
